Suffragettes were members of women's organisations in the late 19th and early 20th century which advocated the extension of the franchise to women and political voting rights for women. Today, women globally face a new challenge; getting into tech.

Notable Women in Tech

Radia Perlman

Often referred to as the Mother of the Internet, Perlman is a software designer and network engineer who is most famous for her invention of the spanning-tree protocol.

That's ADMIRAL Hopper to you Soldier. Admiral Hopper was not only one of the first female programmers ever, she also gave us the term "bug" and "debugging", oh and she said this: "It's easier to ask forgiveness than it is to get permission". So basically she's a bigger badass then you'll ever be.
